● Smart solutions for corrugating rolls, upgrade normal corrugating rolls into periphery heating rolls.
Type: Fingless single facer. Upper and lower corrugating rolls are made of Ni-Cr-Mo alloy steel, with heated-treatment for hardness SHORE 700 or more, and the surface is well treated by grind and plated-chrome. Bearing for upper/lower corrugating roll, and pressure roll, uses high-temperature lubrication to keep running oothly and durably.
● Maximum mechanical speed is 250m/min. ● The diameter of the corrugating rollers is 380 mm. The diameter of the pressure roller is 520 mm. The diameter of the surfaces of glue roller is 302 mm, The diameter of the doctor roller is 170mm.
