On July 6, 2022, Zaozhuang Natural Resources and Planning Bureau released information, yuantong Paper (Shandong) Co., LTD. 300,000-ton/year cowherd cardboard/cowherd cardboard box board technical Transformation Project (Phase II) was approved and publicized. The period of publicity starts from the date when the construction project planning permit takes effect to the date when the plan is verified.

The project is located in the yard of Yuantong Paper (Shandong) Co., LTD., Changzhuang Town, Xuecheng District. It is planned to design a 1-story papermaking workshop, a 1-story finished product warehouse, a 2-story pulping workshop and production structures.
