When China is getting warmer in the season of spring breeze and recovery of everything, the first phase of Jingxing Paper Malaysia Project is striding towards the target under the scorching sun of the tropical rain forest, and the final phase of the elimination and commissioning work is being carried out intensively.

The continuous progress of the project is inseparable from the persistence and effort of all the participating units and all the staff of Jingxing (MA). Their sweat for the continuous progress of the project reflects the hot fighting spirit under the high temperature, and highlights the steady progress and vigorous development trend of Jingxing Paper industry.

The office building and staff dormitory building are undergoing comprehensive equipment and facilities debugging and acceptance, marking the completion of the construction of the accommodation area.

The installation of the standby pulp line, the pulp machine, and the paper cutting and packaging line (equipment) has been completed. The standby pulp line has completed the single commissioning and is preparing for the system linkage commissioning. The pulp machine, paper cutting and packaging line are in the phase of elimination and single commissioning.

Power station area

Cold commissioning of 30MW Siemens gas generator set has been completed. At present, diesel generator set and membrane treatment system have been put into use. It is expected to complete the hot state commissioning of gas turbine and waste heat boiler in April, so as to have the conditions for steam and power supply.

Water supply and drainage area

The commissioning of the water supply area has been completed, and the condition of providing water for commissioning to the workshop is stable. The wastewater treatment system is in the stage of shortage elimination and single equipment commissioning.
