Feeding Section
1.Lead edge feeder
Built for high speed and precise feeding.Comprises a powerful vacuum system,board supporting table with carrier bar and aire discharge cylinder.Designed to effectively prevent marking on printed surfaces.
2.Bottom suction feeder
Bottom suction feeder high feeding precision,reliable suction,adjustable suction area,scratch prevention design,printing surface is better protected.
3.Cassette Feeder
High speed various cassette style feeder,adapted from European technology,comprising moving cassette box,gravity roller assembly,flate plane infeed of corrugated.
Feeding Table
Secondary positioned belt feed table,servo-controlled ensuring precise registration and transport of sheet.
Feeding Gripper Bars
Board conveyed into side and front lay register for square entry into grippers.
Die Cutting Section
Die cutting section-comprises centralised forme and plate positioning with lock-up system.Easy and efficient change of plate and die-minimal downtime.
Three Sides Stripping
Three sides stripping section-motorised controlled stripping frame,removal of left,right and back edges as well as internal waste.
Full Stripping
Full stripping -Front edge removal device-Gripper retains leading edge waste which is released at top of machine onto side conveyor.
Delivery Section
Non-stop batch counter delivery system.Side jogging and squaring to ensure uniformed batch deposited on exit conveyor.
